The forefront of Hualien disaster prevention

While Hualien boasts stunning landscapes, its natural environment harbors inherent risks. It is on the forefront of natural disasters. It has the highest number of earthquakes, the highest frequency of landslides, and is the first to bear the brunt of typhoons in Taiwan. Behind the beautiful scenery, mountain disasters and drownings are more likely to occur; and daily hazards such as fires and carbon monoxide poisoning also endanger people's lives. When disasters occur, it's essential to remain calm and understand how to self rescue, respond, and take preventive measures in advance. Learn and practice through interactive experiences in the center to shorten reaction time, and achieve the purpose of disaster prevention education.
